LAB-002 · Peru Huabal San Pablo
Specimen: LAB-002 · Cajamarca, Peru · Washed Process · 1750 MASL
Some coffees introduce themselves quietly and then refuse to leave. Peru Huabal San Pablo is that coffee.
At lighter roasts, it opens with layers of brown sugar and honey, a whisper of red apple, and the kind of clean brightness that makes you pour a second cup before the first one's gone. Push it toward medium and the body fills out — buttery toffee, a hint of citrus, finishing long and smooth.
Roasted to order in Mooresville, NC. Rested and shipped at peak. Best enjoyed 7–14 days after roast date.
