At Dr. Evil's Coffee, every bag is roasted to order. That means your coffee hasn't been sitting in a warehouse — it's made fresh when you place your order.

Processing Time Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Times Once shipped, standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at hello@drevil.coffee and we'll make it right.
